Downtown Athens Recording Company, or DARC, is located right in the heart of beautiful downtown Athens, GA. We are the premiere recording facility for local and regional bands of
all styles. We cut our teeth on Indie Rock and Punk, but we don't limit ourselves to just one style of music. We work with all styles of Artists and have made some fantastic Gospel, Metal, Folk, Jazz, Country, and Hip-Hop records. And of course, we've done a whole lot of Athens rock 'n' roll up here.

    We have a huge facility that allows for maximum comfort while tracking, not to mention the variety of sounds that are available in our different rooms. Our studio is built in the classic style incorporating the best in Analog technology with the convienence of a modern digital setup.

    As well as making records, we also offer remote recordings of live events, CD Burning, small-run CD duplication, digital editing services and voice-over recording.
